We are expanding our footprint and looking for a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to drive our business development efforts across regions and industries.
Your Resposanbilities
- Lead the strategic and operational expansion of COYERO’s B2B sales activi@es
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new partners (tourism boards, cities/municipalities,mobility operators, event & leisure venues, infrastructure providers)
- Manage, support, and grow existing key accounts to build long-term relationships
- Conduct market and competitor analyses and derive sales strategies
- Represent COYERO at industry events, fairs, conferences, and customer meetings
- Work closely with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to shape customized solutions
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing
- Maintain CRM, pipeline forecasting, and structured reporting
Your Profile
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, digital solutions,
- smart city/smart mobility, tourism tech, or related fields
- Proven track record in solution selling and winning strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong hunter mentality paired with relationship-building strength
- Experience working with public institutions or tourism/mobility sectors is a plus
- Fluent in English and German (writen and spoken)
- Willingness to travel across Europe (with a focus on the DACH region) and to
- international markets, particularly the US
- Independent, structured, target-driven work style
