Thanks to the integration of ID Austria into COYERO, cities and municipalities can offer exclusive benefits to their residents with minimal additional effort. For example, users can prove their residency in the area by showing a QR code in the COYERO app at the recycling center, allowing them to dispose of waste for free. The sensitive handling of data is always a priority – when scanning, the responsible staff only see that the required criteria are met (primary residence within the municipality). To further promote automation and resource conservation, the process can be enhanced with additional technologies such as access and camera systems.
