These Terms govern your access to and use of COYERO’s websites. By accessing or using any website or online form operated under the COYERO® brand (collectively referred to as the “Site”), you agree to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”).

This Site is owned and operated by COYERO GmbH (“COYERO”) – see our Imprint. These Terms apply to all online properties managed by COYERO, including but not limited to coyero.com, coyero.at, coyero.eu, coyero.cloud, coyero.app, and any related sub-domains, redirects, or affiliated digital platforms. Throughout these Terms, “COYERO”, “we”, or “us” refers to COYERO GmbH.

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, images, videos, and design—is protected by copyright © COYERO. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Reproduction, transfer, distribution, or storage of part or all of the contents in any form without prior written permission from COYERO is prohibited, except as follows:
  • You may browse COYERO web pages or print extracts for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Redistribution of content is not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing by COYERO.
  • Individual documents on this Site may be subject to additional terms indicated in those documents.
The use of press releases and other documents classified as public is permitted in public communications if the source of the information is clearly stated.

Where exclusion is not permitted by law, COYERO’s liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted.

By following such a link, you agree to review and comply with that site’s own terms of use before accessing it. COYERO has no control over and assumes no responsibility for material created, published, or maintained by third-party sites. By submitting any material to COYERO (e.g., via e-mail or through the Site), you agree that:
  • the material will not contain any unlawful or otherwise unfit content for publication;

COYERO® and the COYERO logo are registered trademarks of CISC Semiconductor GmbH in the United States under number 5777906 and under international registration number 1320816. Other product and company names mentioned on this Site may be trademarks or trade names of their respective owners. Access to the Site does not grant, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademarks displayed without prior written consent.

8. Data Protection

Use of the Site is subject to the COYERO Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is processed in accordance with the EU GDPR and Austrian data-protection law.

9. Changes to the Terms

COYERO may modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms become effective upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Austrian law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Austria. All proceedings shall be conducted in the German language.
